Detoxification and cleansing

This information is one of the most important in this website because it shows how to heal yourself of diseases that have been diagnosed as well as those lurking in the background. It deals with the removal of toxins (poisons) from the body thereby relieving the system of one of the fundamental causes of disease.

The absolute first step to any holistic healing program is to ensure that all the elimination channels are working. This is the foundation for healing. Stimulating,toning,cleansing, detoxifying the elimination channels.

We are at a time when our environment is deteriorating as industrialization spreads.

More and more chemicals are dumped in the ecosystem and eventually it is absorbed into our bodies. These comes from the water we drink, the drugs we take, the food we eat that contains pesticide, lead, mercury, fertilizers, food additives, solvents and thousands of other substances.

Our lifestyle is one of high stress, fear and anxiety and the general over exertion of the body produces toxins. Many diseases have their foundations in emotional building from many years sometimes right from childhood.

When these toxins build up, after many years,the body having been overloaded, responds with different signals that we call ‘symptoms of disease’. The body begins to loose its ability to eliminate these poisons and causes it to break down with either the immune system not functioning properly or cells mutating that are cancerous.

Imagine this. Our cells are constantly bombarded with waste materials that if not eliminated, contaminates our blood stream. Day after day we continue to consume junk food that the body uses up a lot of energy to assimilate. This is of course not true due to an ever increasing exposure to toxicity than before there is a call for minimizing the burden on the liver. What constitute a good Detoxification and cleansing program?

• Take a juice fast for three days. Read more about juicing here. The juicing regimen here should consist of green vegetables.
